Steps
1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
2. In your slow cooker, combine the cooked beef, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, onion, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
3. Layer the tortilla strips on top of the mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until heated through and the flavors meld.
5. Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese or fresh cilantro if desired.
