
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Rinse the trout under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, dill, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper to create a herb paste.
- Rub the herb paste all over the trout, inside and out.
- Place the trout on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- While the trout is grilling, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat and stir in lemon juice.
- Once the trout is done, remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon butter.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
