1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Place the trout fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 3. Drizzle the olive oil over the trout and rub it in gently. 4. In a small bowl, mix the parsley, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 5. Sprinkle the herb mixture evenly over the trout fillet. 6.
