Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until they start to turn golden.
3. Add the minced garlic, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
4. Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes, until the potatoes are crispy and cooked through.
5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
