Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the corn flour and salt.
2. Gradually add warm water, mixing until a dough forms. Knead for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
3. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them using a tortilla press or a rolling pin.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side until lightly browned.
5. Cut the cooked tortillas into triangles to form chips.
6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the tortilla triangles until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
7. In a small bowl, combine all nacho cheese seasoning ingredients.
8. Toss the warm tortilla chips in olive oil and sprinkle the nacho cheese seasoning evenly over them.
9. Serve immediately for the best crunch.
