
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to smooth it out.
- Cut the pastry into 3 equal rectangles and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Prick the rectangles with a fork to prevent puffing too much during baking.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Once cooled, layer one rectangle with a generous spread of dulce de leche.
- Add a second rectangle on top and repeat the dulce de leche spread.
- Top with the third rectangle and dust the top with powdered sugar.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and serve alongside or on top of the mille-feuille.
- Garnish with fresh berries before serving.
