Dulce de Leche Mille-Feuille

Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to smooth it out. 3. Cut the pastry into 3 equal rectangles and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 4. Prick the rectangles with a fork to prevent puffing too much during baking. 5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. 6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. 7. Once cooled, layer one rectangle with a generous spread of dulce de leche. 8. Add a second rectangle on top and repeat the dulce de leche spread. 9. Top with the third rectangle and dust the top with powdered sugar. 10. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and serve alongside or on top of the mille-feuille. 11. Garnish with fresh berries before serving.
