Steps
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente.
2. While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Pour in the milk and stir well, bringing it to a gentle simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Once the pasta is done, reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, then drain the rest.
5. Add the drained pasta to the milk sauce, mixing well to combine. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and garnished with fresh parsley.
