Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
4. While the salmon is cooking, toast the bread until crispy.
5. In a small bowl, crush the cereal into smaller pieces.
6. In a non-stick pan, fry the egg to your desired doneness.
7. Place the toasted bread on a plate and sprinkle the crushed cereal on top.
8. Carefully transfer the cooked salmon onto the cereal-covered bread.
9. Top the salmon with the fried egg.
10. Drizzle additional honey on top as desired.
11. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
12. Serve hot and enjoy!
