Honey Lavender Panna Cotta

A silky smooth panna cotta infused with delicate lavender and a touch of honey, served chilled with fresh berries for a refreshing finish.

Steps

1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes. 2. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, dried lavender, and honey. Heat over medium until just about to boil, then remove from heat. 3. Strain the cream mixture to remove lavender buds. 4. Stir the bloomed gelatin into the warm cream mixture until completely dissolved. 5. Pour the mixture into a mold or serving glass and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. 6. Once set, garnish with fresh mixed berries before serving.
