Steps

1. Boil the egg noodles in salted water until tender, about 4-5 minutes, then drain. 2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. 3. Add the sliced sausage and honeyed turkey; sauté for 3-4 minutes until warmed and slightly caramelized. 4. Push the meat to the side of the skillet and crack the egg into the empty space; scramble gently until cooked. 5. Add the drained noodles to the skillet, mixing everything together. 6.
