A refreshing and creamy Indian smoothie made with ripe bananas and milk, infused with traditional Indian flavors.

Steps

1. Peel and slice the banana. 2. In a blender, add the banana slices, milk, cardamom powder, honey, and saffron strands (if using). 3. Blend until smooth and creamy. 4. Add a few ice cubes and blend again to chill the smoothie. 5. Pour into a glass and serve chilled.
