Steps
1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the beef slices until cooked through.
2. In the same pan, pour the beaten egg and cook until set. Remove from heat.
3. Lay the tortilla wrap on a clean surface and arrange the cooked beef, avocado slices, cheese, and mango slices in the center.
4. Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
5. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and lightly toast the wrap on each side until the cheese melts and the wrap is crispy.
6. Slice the wrap into halves or quarters and serve hot.
