Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a food processor, pulse the mixed nuts until finely chopped. 3. In a shallow dish, combine the chopped nuts, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika. 4. Dip the chicken breast into the beaten egg, then coat it evenly with the nut mixture. 5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. 6. Add the coated chicken breast to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. 7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. 8. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. 9. Serve hot and enjoy!
