Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking pan.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate large bowl, mix the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
6. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
9. Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool completely before cutting into squares.
