Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with cocoa powder, instant coffee granules, and honey until smooth.
2. Slice the banana into thin rounds.
3. In a serving glass, layer half of the banana slices at the bottom.
4. Spoon half of the chocolate-coffee yogurt mixture over the bananas.
5. Repeat the layers with the remaining banana slices and yogurt mixture.
6. Top with chopped mixed nuts and, if desired, sprinkle dark chocolate shavings on top.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
