
Steps
- In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with cocoa powder, instant coffee granules, and honey until smooth.
- Slice the banana into thin rounds.
- In a serving glass, layer half of the banana slices at the bottom.
- Spoon half of the chocolate-coffee yogurt mixture over the bananas.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining banana slices and yogurt mixture.
- Top with chopped mixed nuts and, if desired, sprinkle dark chocolate shavings on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
