Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
2. Core and thinly slice the apple, then arrange the slices in the greased baking dish.
3. In a bowl, mix together the chopped nuts, almond flour, coconut flour, shredded coconut, melted butter, erythritol, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
4. Sprinkle the nut mixture evenly over the apple slices in the baking dish.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the crumble topping is golden brown.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm as is or with a dollop of whipped cream or keto-friendly ice cream.
