Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
4. Take tablespoon-sized portions of the cheese mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
5. Flatten each portion slightly with the back of a spoon.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
