
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Set aside to cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until well combined. Add the melted butter, almond flour, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- If desired, fold in the chopped walnuts into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the blondies to cool completely in the baking dish before cutting into squares.
