Steps
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente.
2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Pour in the whole milk and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan, tossing to coat in the garlic milk sauce.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
