An Indian classic full of wonderful eggy, garlicky aromas, this Veg Biryani is cooked with peppers, rice and delicious spices.
1. Heat a pan over medium heat. 2. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and chopped garlic. Fry for one minute. 3. Add chopped onions and peppers. Fry for 5 minutes. 4. In a medium bowl, whisk the egg and add it to the pan. 5. Add rice, spices, 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons of water to the pan. 6. Stir everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste. 7. Cover with a lid and let cook for 15 minutes. 8. Take off the heat and let stand for 5 minutes. 9. Serve and enjoy!
