
Steps
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and chopped garlic. Fry for one minute.
- Add chopped onions and peppers. Fry for 5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the egg and add it to the pan.
- Add rice, spices, 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons of water to the pan.
- Stir everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover with a lid and let cook for 15 minutes.
- Take off the heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
