Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the diced tomatoes, yogurt, honey, milk, and Indian spices.
3. Pour the tomato-yogurt mixture into a small baking dish.
4. Crack an egg over the mixture.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
