Steps
1. Start by preheating a small pan over medium heat.
2. Spread the mayonnaise onto both slices of the bread.
3. Layer one slice of the bread with the tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and red pepper flakes.
4. Place the other slice of bread on top of the vegetables and press down gently.
5. Place the sandwich into the preheated pan and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
6. Slice the sandwich in half and enjoy!
