Steps
1. Cook the cod fillet in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil until cooked through.
2. In a separate pan, steam the clams until they open.
3. Arrange the sliced cucumber on a plate.
4. Break the square of dark chocolate into small pieces and sprinkle over the cucumber.
5. Place the cooked cod and steamed clams on top of the cucumber.
6. Drizzle the shot of espresso over the salad.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
