
Steps
- Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add mustard seeds and let them splutter, then add cumin seeds.
- Sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes soften.
- Add button mushrooms and mix well. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or bread.

- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
