Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Put the chicken breast in an ovenproof dish and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
3. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
4. Cut the chicken into cubes and place into a medium bowl.
5. Add the almond butter, honey, cardamom, and cinnamon. Mix together until the ingredients are combined.
6. Divide the mixture into two serving bowls and top each one with parsley and coconut chips.
