Vegan Pasta and Bean Dish   

This vegan pasta dish is a flavorful combination of beans, carrots and pasta in a tasty vegan tomato sauce.

1. Heat the olive oil in a medium pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add the garlic and carrots and cook, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are soft. 3. Add the beans and tomato sauce and cook until warmed through. 4. Add the cooked pasta and stir to combine. 5. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed. 6. Serve topped with freshly chopped parsely.
