Arab Chicken Soup (Dairy-Free)

This Arab-style dairy-free soup is light and flavourful. Made with tender pieces of chicken and a few simple herbs and spices, this soup is a perfect main for any lunch or dinner.

Steps

1. Start by cooking the chicken. Place the chicken breast in a saucepan filled with cold water and bring to a boil. Cook the chicken until it is fully cooked, then drain and set aside. 2. In another saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. 3. Add the paprika, cumin, and a pinch of salt and pepper and cook for an additional minute before adding the chicken and water. 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. 5. Finally, add the chopped parsley and simmer for another 5 minutes. 6. Serve in individual bowls and enjoy!
