
Steps
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef until it is no longer pink.
- Add the carrots and garlic and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms and cook an additional 5 minutes.
- Place the lettuce in a bowl and top with the beef and mushroom mixture.
- Serve warm.
