Lemon Basil Grilled Chicken

Steps

1. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. 2. Place the chicken breast in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 3. While the chicken marinates, trim the ends of the green beans. 4. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add green beans, and steam until tender but still crisp, about 5-7 minutes. 5. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. 6. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear. 7. Drain the green beans and toss with butter, salt, and pepper if desired. 8. Serve the grilled chicken breast with steamed green beans on the side.
