
Steps
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture onto both sides of the salmon fillet.
- Place the salmon on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a minute.
- Serve garnished with lemon slices and fresh parsley.
