Steps
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the salmon fillet.
4. Place the salmon on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
5. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a minute.
6. Serve garnished with lemon slices and fresh parsley.
