Steps

1. In a bowl, mix ground pork, half the minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper to form the meatball mixture. 2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs. 3. Cut tofu into small cubes and gently mix with remaining garlic and a pinch of salt to form tofu balls. 4. Heat oil in a pan and fry meatballs until golden and cooked through, then set aside. 5. Fry tofu balls gently until lightly golden, then set aside. 6. Prepare spring roll filling by mixing shredded cabbage, carrot, and a pinch of salt. 7. Place filling on the spring roll wrapper, roll tightly, sealing edges with water. 8. Deep fry the spring roll until crispy and golden. 9. Plate the meatballs, tofu balls, and spring roll together. 10. Garnish with chopped green onion and serve hot.
