1. Peel and chop the mango. 2. In a blender, add the chopped mango, spinach leaves, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and honey (if desired). 3. Blend until smooth and creamy. 4. If desired, add a few ice cubes and blend again to make it colder. 5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
