
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the soy sauce mixture evenly over the salmon. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon, skin side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Transfer the salmon to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving. Enjoy!
