Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. 3. Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the soy sauce mixture evenly over the salmon. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
