Steps

1. Slice okra into thin rounds and place in a bowl. 2. Add cumin seeds, coriander, turmeric, and salt, and stir to coat. 3. Heat oil in a large pan, add garlic, ginger, and onion, and fry until lightly golden. 4. Add tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes. 5. Add okra and fry for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the okra is crisp-tender, all the spices are well incorporated, and the tomatoes are slightly cooked down. 6. Serve warm.
