Chocolate Fondant

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a ramekin tray with butter and cocoa powder. 2. Melt the butter and the chocolate together in a bowl over a double boiler or microwave. 3. In a medium bowl, add the flour, cocoa powder, sugar & mix it together. 4. Add the melted chocolate & butter mixture to the bowl and stir until combined. 5. Beat the egg & vanilla extract together and add to the chocolate mixture. Mix until combined. 6. Pour the mixture into the prepared ramekin tray and bake for 15 minutes. The fondant should be puffy and golden brown. 7. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
