Steps

Heat olive oil in a pan. Add bell pepper and cook until it is tender. Add the frozen corn, and cook for another 2 minutes. Add cumin and chile powder. Stir and cook for a minute. Add cooked pinto beans and stir. Cook for another 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and add salt to taste and lime juice. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve hot.
