Mexican Bean Soup

This hearty soup is full of delicious beans, perfect for a cold winter night

Steps

1. Start by heating up the olive oil in a pot. 2. Chop the onion and cook it for a few minutes until soft. 3. Add the garlic powder, chili powder and cumin. Stir everything together and cook for a few minutes. 4. Add the vegetable broth, beans, corn and diced tomatoes. 5. Let the soup simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes. 6. Serve and enjoy!
