
Steps
- Start by heating up the olive oil in a pot.
- Chop the onion and cook it for a few minutes until soft.
- Add the garlic powder, chili powder and cumin. Stir everything together and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the vegetable broth, beans, corn and diced tomatoes.
- Let the soup simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
