Steps

1. Pat the fish fillet dry and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and cumin. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Sear fish fillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and keep warm. 3. In a small bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, lemon zest, and parsley to make the salsa. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 4.
