Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and chopped dill. 2. Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper. 3. Brush the fish fillet with the lemon herb marinade on both sides and let it sit for 10 minutes. 4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 5. Grill the fish fillet for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. 6. Serve the grilled fish with lemon wedges on the side.
