Steps

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined and slightly frothy. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 3. Add chopped spinach to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until wilted. 4. Pour the egg mixture over the spinach in the skillet, tilting to spread evenly. 5. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese evenly over the eggs. 6. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set. 7. Using a spatula, gently fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute until fully cooked but still moist inside. 8. Slide onto a plate and serve immediately.
