Mussels with Tomato Sauce

A delectable dish that takes little time and effort to prepare!

Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium-high heat. 2. When the oil is hot, add the garlic clove and sauté for 1 minute, stirring frequently. 3. Add the passata and a pinch of salt & pepper and stir for about 3 minutes. 4. Turn the heat to medium-low and add the mussels, stirring for about 4 more minutes, until they are lightly cooked. 5. Garnish with parsley and serve.

1 lb mussels, 4 ounces of tomato passata, 1 garlic glove, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, minced parsley for garnish
