Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium-high heat.
2. When the oil is hot, add the garlic clove and sauté for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
3. Add the passata and a pinch of salt & pepper and stir for about 3 minutes.
4. Turn the heat to medium-low and add the mussels, stirring for about 4 more minutes, until they are lightly cooked.
5. Garnish with parsley and serve.
