No-Bake Healthy Berry Oat Bars

A wholesome, no-machine-required dessert perfect for sharing with many people. These bars combine oats, nuts, and fresh berries for a naturally sweet and nutritious treat.

Steps

1. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt. 2. Add honey or maple syrup and mix well until the mixture is sticky and holds together. 3. Gently fold in fresh berries, trying not to crush them. 4. Line a small container or tray with parchment paper. 5. Press the mixture firmly into the container to form an even layer. 6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set. 7. Once set, cut into bars and serve chilled or at room temperature.
