1. In a bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. 2. Stir well to mix all ingredients thoroughly. 3. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumps. 4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. 5. Before serving, stir the pudding once more. 6.
