Paneer Fried Rice

Steps

1. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. 2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. 3. Add chopped onions, garlic, and green chili; sauté until onions turn translucent. 4. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. 5. Add paneer cubes and sauté gently for 2 minutes. 6. Sprinkle turmeric powder and garam masala; mix well. 7. Add cooked rice and soy sauce; stir-fry everything together for 4-5 minutes, ensuring the rice is heated through and well mixed. 8. Season with salt as needed. 9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
