Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add diced onion and desired vegetables.
3. Saute until onions and vegetables become lightly golden brown.
4. Then add pepper, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
5. Stir vegetable and onion mixture to combine.
6. Add 1 tablespoon water to the pan, stirring to mix.
7. Cook until the liquid has evaporated and the vegetables are cooked to desired done-ness.
8. Serve warm.
