Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Cook the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the pan and let rest. 4. In the same skillet, add pear slices and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until caramelized. 5. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and Dijon mustard to make the dressing. 6. Slice the chicken breast thinly. 7. On a plate, arrange the salad greens, top with sliced chicken, caramelized pears, walnuts, and goat cheese. 8. Drizzle the honey mustard dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
