Paneer Potato Tomato Sandwich with Onion Sauce

Steps

1. Heat oil in a pan and lightly sauté the paneer cubes with salt, pepper, and chili powder until golden. 2. Lightly toast the bread slices. 3. Spread the sauce evenly on both slices of bread. 4. Layer the toasted bread: first place sautéed paneer, then boiled potato slices, followed by tomato slices and onion rings. 5. Close the sandwich with the second piece of bread. 6. Press the sandwich lightly and cut diagonally. 7. Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side if desired.
