Radish, Potato & Onion Medley on Mashed Potato with Tomato-Green Pepper Garnish

Steps

1. Peel and chop the potato into chunks. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. 2. Drain potato and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy. Set aside. 3. Thinly slice the radish and onion. 4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the radish and onions until soft and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. 5. Dice the tomatoes into very small cubes. 6. Place the green pepper slice flat on a plate. 7. Spread a generous layer of mashed potatoes on top of the green pepper slice. 8. Spoon the sautéed radish and onion mixture evenly over the mashed potatoes. 9. Arrange the small tomato cubes neatly around the mashed potato on the green pepper slice. 10. Serve immediately as a fresh and colorful starter or side dish.
