Fluffy Potato and Onion Frittata

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced potatoes and onions, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed potatoes and onions in the skillet.
  5. Cook on the stovetop for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the frittata is set and slightly golden.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
