Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed potatoes and onions in the skillet. 5. Cook on the stovetop for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set. 6.
