Steps
1. In a saucepan, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
2. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their juices.
3. Stir in Arborio rice and cook for a minute.
4. Gradually add vegetable broth, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring constantly until absorbed.
5. Continue adding broth and stirring until rice is creamy and cooked through.
6. Stir in Parmesan cheese, remaining butter, salt, and pepper.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
